About Our Med Spa

My name is Maria Suaves and I am the owner of Sculpture Body Center. I have been part of the Beauty and Wellness industry for almost 15 years, and I specialize in Body Contouring Treatments and Skin Care.

I believe that every person deserves to look in the mirror and love what they see. Being confident and feeling beautiful can positively impact every aspect of life..physically, socially, and emotionally. My goal and purpose is to achieve this for every client.

Along with our expanding and innovative body and skin treatments, I believe that adding nutrition and fitness to complete your self-care routine is essential. It is only when you achieve health from within that you can reach your fullest potential.

I myself had previously struggled with self-esteem and body image so I personally understand the importance of rebuilding confidence. It is with this knowledge that I have dedicated my life to helping my clients in their journeys to become the best and most beautiful versions of themselves.

Being a part of these life-changing transformations has been incredibly fulfilling, and I continue to be inspired each day.

Therese Geary, RN

Therese Geary is a highly experienced Registered Nurse with over 35 years in the medical field and more than 15 years specializing in advanced aesthetic injectables and skincare.

She is known for her refined, results-driven approach and her expertise in Galderma injectables, including Dysport, Restylane, and Sculptra, which she trusts for their consistency and natural-looking outcomes.

Dedicated to continuous growth and excellence, Therese regularly attends advanced training, conferences, and seminars to stay at the forefront of evolving techniques and innovations in aesthetic medicine.

In addition to her work as an advanced injector, Therese continues to assist in the operating room alongside Dr. Rita Sadowski, a highly respected plastic surgeon in Chestnut Hill. This experience allows her to bring a unique perspective that blends both aesthetic artistry and surgical precision to her practice.

Therese is the former owner of RX Aesthetics Medical Spa, holds a CANS certification, and has served as an Advanced Clinical Instructor at the Aesthetic Institute of Massachusetts, where she helped train and mentor future providers.

Outside of her professional work, Therese is married to her husband, Jim, and is the proud mother of four children. She is also excitedly awaiting the arrival of her first grandchild. In her free time, she enjoys spending time on Cape Cod and in New Hampshire.
