What to expect
Your provider will apply a clear gel pad to create a barrier between the cooling pads and your skin. An applicator will then deliver cold energy to stubborn fat pockets.
You might feel a slight tingling or cooling sensation, but it should not cause any discomfort, and will subside as the area becomes numb.
