BOTOX®

Botox® is a world-renowned brand of “neurotoxin,” or an injectable that temporarily relaxes the facial muscle, preventing contractions that cause fine lines and wrinkles. Botox® can be used to treat crow’s feet at the corners of the eyes, vertical forehead lines (frown lines), glabellar lines between the brows, and fine lines around the mouth and nose. It is also used to treat excessive underarm sweating with our hyperhidrosis treatment.

Results may appear 5-7 days after treatment. The full effect can be seen within 10-14 days and typically lasts 3-4 months.

XEOMIN®

Xeomin® is considered the “naked Botox®” because it is made without animal products and has a more purified formula, allowing for a lower risk of allergic reactions. Xeomin® can be used treat crow’s feet at the corners of the eye, forehead lines and glabellar lines between the brows.

Results may appear 3-4 days after treatment. The full effect will be seen within 10-14 days, and typically lasts 3-4 months.

DYSPORT®

Dysport® is another FDA approved neurotoxin that safely and naturally improves the look of moderate-to-severe wrinkles by temporarily relaxing the muscles. Although Botox® and Dysport® are comprised of the same primary active ingredient, a different protein allows Dysport® to diffuse further and spread more easily. This thinner formula makes it a great option for larger areas like the forehead but can also be used for crow’s feet and glabellar lines between the brows.

Results may appear 2-3 days after treatment. The full effect will be seen within 10-14 days, and typically lasts 3-4 months.

JUVÉDERM®

Juvéderm® is the leading FDA approved dermal filler collection in the world, delivering beautiful and long-lasting results. Juvederm® is a smooth gel filler made of naturally sourced hyaluronic acid, used to temporarily add volume for lift and contour to the cheeks, shape in the chin, smooth lines or plump lips.

• Juvéderm® Ultra XC adds volume to the upper lip, lower lip, or both while improving the appearance of vertical lines on the lips. The results generally last up to one year.
• Juvéderm® Voluma adds to the dimension of the cheeks to correct age-related volume loss in the mid-face.
• Juvéderm® Volux® XC injectable gel is for deep injection to improve moderate to severe loss of jawline definition in adults over the age of 21.

You will notice results immediately, and may last up to 12 months in the chin, and 24 months in the cheeks with optimal treatment.

RADIESSE®

Radiesse® is an injectable filler that’s FDA-approved to treat moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, including smile lines, marionette lines, the corners of the mouth, and pre-jowl folds. Radiesse® contains calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres, a biocompatible substance also found in bones, suspended in a water-based gel carrier. This dermal filler creates immediate and noticeable volume, while stimulating natural collagen and elastin production.

Results continue to improve with time, and last up to 12-18 months. Yearly treatments are required to maintain results.

SCULPTRA®

Sculptra® is the original injectable collagen stimulator containing microparticles of poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA-SCA). As Sculptra® stimulates your skin to regrow its own natural collagen over time, shallow to deep wrinkles such as marionette lines are smoothed, and volume loss is reversed. Skin becomes firmer and tighter, restoring facial structure and youthful appearance.

Results appear as soon as 1 month, with sustained results for up to 2 years. Typical treatment is 3 sessions spaced at least 3 to 4 weeks apart.

During your appointment, you will have a consultation with our skilled and registered nurse injector who will create the right treatment plan to address your specific needs. The treatment itself typically lasts between 10-20 minutes. Results may vary from patient to patient, and multiple sessions may be needed to achieve desired result.

After care instructions

– To avoid migration of the product:

• Sit up for the first 4 hours after getting cosmetic injections 
• Try to avoid rubbing, massaging or sleeping directly on treated areas for 24 to 48 hours.
• Refrain from other facial treatments for up to two weeks following the procedure.

– Bruising happens – as a preventative measure please refrain from the following for at least 24 hours: exercise, strenuous activity, caffeine, alcohol, heat/sun exposure, NSAID pain medications, vitamins, fish oil and other herbal supplements. To reduce bruising and swelling, we encourage you to use over-the-counter Arnica cream, gel, or tablets, and bromelain supplements, an enzyme found in pineapple juice.

– Take a break from makeup for 24 hours, including sunblock, moisturizing cream, lotion, foundation, makeup remover, and other skincare products.

– Stay well hydrated! This is the key in preventing lumps and bumps associated with cosmetic injections.
